What These Technologies Do

Cookies are small values a website or service can store in your browser. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that can send an event to a measurement provider. They are different technologies, but pixels and tags may create or read cookies when they run.

Detail Relay groups these technologies by purpose so your choice is not tied to one advertising company.

Strictly Necessary

Strictly necessary technologies support security, sessions, sign-in, forms, bookings, fraud prevention, and remembering your privacy choice. They are always active because the site cannot safely provide these functions without them.

Rejecting optional categories does not disable required cookies or prevent you from using Detail Relay.

Performance and Analytics

If you allow this category, Detail Relay may use Google Analytics when it is configured to measure page visits and understand site performance. Google Analytics stays off when this category is declined or the saved choice is missing or invalid.

Page locations sent through this integration contain only the site origin and path. Query strings and URL fragments are removed. Google signals and advertising personalization signals are disabled in the Detail Relay browser configuration.

Advertising

If you allow this category, Detail Relay may use Meta Pixel or Google Ads when configured to measure advertising results. These tools stay off when this category is declined or the saved choice is missing or invalid.

Meta Pixel is not limited to Facebook or Instagram pages. When allowed, its code runs on approved Detail Relay pages and sends measurement events to Meta. Detail Relay prevents it from loading when a Detail Relay URL contains unapproved parameters or a URL fragment.

Information We Exclude

Detail Relay browser tracking does not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, provider checkout identifiers, password or access tokens, or raw internal booking, customer, service, or detailer identifiers.

Optional browser tracking is not rendered on sign-in, sign-up, password reset, feedback access, account security, support, messages, settings, payment return, admin, or team pages.

Your Choices

You can accept all optional categories, reject all optional categories, or choose categories separately. The choice is stored in this browser and is not used as proof of identity or permission for any account or server action.

After you choose, the notice closes. You can reopen it through the Privacy choices link and change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing a category removes recognized optional Detail Relay measurement cookies where the browser permits and reloads the page to stop already loaded optional scripts.
